Jacques Marine

Managing Director

Jacques is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with over 25 years of experience in the software and services industries. Jacques started his career as a system integration consultant for Andersen Consulting where he designed and developed applications for the aerospace and defense and financial services industries. He continued his consulting career as change management consultant with Deloitte Consulting where he led managed business process re-engineering engagements in the healthcare industry.

He began the entrepreneurial phase of his career with start-up called iRise. As a founding member of the management team, he helped the company transform and grow from a local, three-person, internet professional services firm to a global, software and services company that was the recognized leader in application visualization with 150+ people and $40M+ in revenue. Jacques held various positions, including COO and EVP of services, solutions and sales, but his primary focus and expertise was defining and delivering world-class solutions that exceeded customer expectations based on a deep understanding of people, business and technology.

Most recently, Jacques co-founded Integral Partners LLC, a security consulting firm focused on enterprise identity and access management and governance, where he now sits on the Board of Directors and serves day to day as COO and CFO. Jacques earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from UC Santa Barbara and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in finance from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Sandra Marine

Director

Sandra is an experienced leader and manager with over 25 years of experience in information technology consulting, management and start-ups. Sandra started her career as a system integration consultant for Andersen Consulting where she lead the design and development of applications for various industries, including automotive, aerospace, and telecommunications. She continued her consulting career as an Associate Partner for MarchFIRST where she sold and managed engagements to launch new companies and websites. Sandra left the consulting world to start and run her own baby blanket business, My Bebe.

Most recently, Sandra lead the project portfolio management office for Toyota Financial Services, where she managed the fiscal year allocations of $200M+ of project/program funding for technology related projects. Sandra has a B.S. in Information Computer Science and a Minor in Management from UC Irvine.
